Waste Management: Our cleaners take out bins, but if they fill up or you generate extra waste, please use the outdoor bins located at [Location].

Electric Heating: Each room has its own temperature control. Please turn off heating when you leave to save energy.

CCTV: For security, cameras monitor both inside and outside the building. Have questions? Just ask!

Kitchen and Communal Space
Our building has two shared kitchen-lounge areas — one on the first floor and one on the second.
Please use the kitchen-lounge on the same floor as your room to help keep things balanced and organised.

Each resident is assigned their own cupboard and fridge/freezer space, which is labelled for you. Kindly use only your designated areas.

When using the kitchen, we ask that you:

• Wash any dishes, pans, or utensils immediately after use

• Wipe down any surfaces you’ve used

• Clear out old food and clean up any spills

These small habits help keep the space clean and welcoming for everyone.

You’re welcome to use the communal plates and pans, but we highly recommend bringing and using your own, then storing them in your room.
Please note: The cleaner does not wash dishes, so it’s important everyone cleans up after themselves.

The common areas are for everyone to enjoy — so kick back, relax, and treat the space with care.
If you have any suggestions for improvements, or notice any damage or things not working, please let us know as soon as possible.
