If you’re new to coliving, it’s all a hassle-free way of life with a simple, all-inclusive monthly rental fee.

The standard rate for a double room here at Lake District Coliving is £226 per week or £237 for a larger double room.

There are also a few smaller rooms available on a single occupancy basis for just £177 per week.

Your private rental accommodation at Lake District Coliving features a comfy double bed, a spacious cupboard for ample storage - a relaxing area to unwind.

You’ll also have an ensuite bathroom adding convenience and privacy, fully equipped with a toilet, basin, and shower.

Luckily, our neighbour is a Scandi-style bakery serving artisan loaves, pastries, and freshly brewed coffee. You can roll out of bed, grab a warm cinnamon bun, and ease into your day the Nordic way — simple pleasures, done well.

Step outside your new home and the Lakes are your playground from trails and crags to morning yoga.

Run, ride, climb, hike. Try HYROX, paddleboard or wild swim. And when the sun sets, catch a show in Bowness, Kendal or Keswick — or share a drink with housemates in a cosy Windermere pub.

Yes, it is! The shared spaces come fully equipped with everything from a smart TV to teaspoons. Each bedroom includes a bed, ample storage, a mirror etc. The kitchens have all the essentials: a kettle, fridge, cups, plates, cutlery, and glassware.
All furnishings are in place, and to make your move effortless, we offer the "Cosy Living Pack." This includes premium bedding, soft towels, a plush towelling robe, and comfy slippers—everything you need to settle in and start enjoying your new home from day one!
You might be able to keep a small pet if you are living with us. Please contact the team to check.
Yes. Your membership is paid monthly, on the first of every month using direct debit. When you receive your tenancy agreement after paying your deposit, you’ll also receive instructions to set up this direct debit. It’s super easy! If you move in mid month we’ll pro-rata that first month.
A five week deposit secures your stay with us and will be released once we’ve checked everything is handed back as per your entry documents.

Absolutely we have a laundry room where you can enjoy a game of pac man whilst you wait! Laundry costs are included within your membership.
We absolutely love kids but sadly we’re an adult only building.
We offer 4-month plus terms, and if you'd like to extend, please let us know at least 2 months before your term ends.
Yes of course! We support many charities and causes. We helped to pioneer a Rising Stars fund where we support ambitious talented 16-24 years olds from underprivileged backgrounds to help them to achieve their dreams.
