Health, Safety and Security
Ensuring the safety and security of all residents is our top priority. Please familiarise yourself with the following guidelines to help maintain a secure and hazard-free living environment.
Accidents & Incidents:
In the event of an accident/incident or near miss in any of the communal areas of the building please contact us as soon as possible.
Electrical Equipment
All electrical equipment used within the common area will be PAT tested and inspected periodically.
Fire Safety
Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation plan which is available at the building.
In the case of a fire, please raise the alarm by pressing the nearest alarm call point and safely exit the building.
The fire alarm will be tested weekly. There is a smoke detector and sounder in every bedroom and a sounder in every bathroom.
Building Inspections:
Our team conducts quarterly inspections to ensure everything is safe and up to standard.
Health and Safety Inspections:
Inspections of the common areas are carried out on a quarterly basis by the building management team to ensure reasonable action is taken to identify and control any hazards that may arise.
General Security:
The access system and CCTV are managed by us. If you have any questions about the CCTV in operation please let us know.
Access to the building is controlled at all times.
