We provide four washing machines and dryers for residents to use, making laundry simple and convenient. Here's what you need to know:

• Laundry facilities are included in your rent — no extra cost.

• Water empties automatically — no need to worry.

• Please empty the lint filter after using the dryer. It helps keep everything safe and efficient.

• Only residents are allowed to use the machines — no outside guests.

• Bring your own detergent and take it with you after use.

• Be present when doing laundry — please don’t leave clothes unattended for long periods (e.g., while at work all day).
