House Expectations

Our Coliving space is designed for those who appreciate community living and a relaxed yet responsible lifestyle. We strive to create a harmonious environment for all residents. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules and expectations.

Waste Disposal and Recycling

  • Please separate recyclables into the appropriate bins.

  • Take out the trash and recycling regularly to prevent overflow and odours.

  • Avoid accumulating waste in personal spaces.

Cleaning Responsibilities

  • All residents are responsible for keeping their private and shared spaces clean and tidy.

  • After using the kitchen, please clean up immediately, wash dishes, and wipe down surfaces.

  • Dispose of food waste properly and avoid leaving perishable items exposed.

  • Report any maintenance issues promptly to prevent larger problems.

  • Our cleaning team are in the building regularly to ensure all communal areas are clean and tidy. Should you ever notice anything that needs addressing please do let us know.

Visitors and Guests Policy

  • Residents are welcome to have visitors, but they should respect the shared living environment.

  • Visitors should not disrupt the comfort or routine of other residents.

  • Residents are responsible for their guests' behavior and must ensure they follow house rules.

  • Extended stays may require additional charges or special arrangements with management.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the house.

  • Be considerate of non-smoking residents and avoid smoking near open windows or entrances.

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets

  • Pets may be allowed based on prior approval from house management.

  • Residents with pets must ensure their animals are well-behaved, house-trained, and do not disturb others.

  • Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner.

  • If allergies or concerns arise, management reserves the right to review pet permissions.

Noise Levels and Quiet Hours

  • Please respect the peace and tranquility of the house and surrounding environment.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all residents.

  • Please keep noise levels to a minimum in common areas and private rooms, especially during quiet hours.
